The Olive Oil Association shall concentrate on:
- Embark on consumers educational program relating to the health properties of extra virgin olive oil
- Participate in research projects with local and international partners
- Encourage the cultivation of olive trees
- Encourage the production of high quality extra virgin olive oil
- Establish sound co-operation agreements with our stakeholders
- Initiate local and international campaigns
- Embark on activities at all levels to create awareness about the health benefits of EVOO
- Make us of public spaces to organise public events based on olive oil
- Organise events of cultural value to bolster the consumption of olive oil
